This service includes a 30-minute initial Health Review Session followed by a 60-minute online consultation.
The aim is to evaluate current health status based on functional blood markers and provide personalised health insights.
This is a one-off service and not part of an ongoing coaching program.
The service is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
This session does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

2.3 DNA Testing

This service consists of a single 90-minute session designed to review DNA test results and provide personalised insights into genetic factors affecting health and wellbeing.
This is a standalone service and not part of the 12-week coaching program.
The service is non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
This session does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions.

3. No Refund Policy & Payment Agreement

3.1 General

All payments are final; no refunds will be issued, regardless of circumstances.
No cancellations or early terminations; once enrolled, you commit to the full 12-week program.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited; you agree not to dispute payments through your bank, PayPal, Stripe, or any other payment processor.

3.2 Chargeback Abuse Clause

If a payment dispute is initiated after agreeing to these terms:
- You will be immediately removed from the coaching program.
- Legal action may be pursued to recover the disputed amount plus additional fees.
- Your information may be reported to financial institutions for fraudulent activity.

3.2 Installment Payment Plans

If you choose to pay for the program in installments, you are legally obligated to complete all payments in full, even if you decide to stop participating.
